before you arrive
what to wear
form-fitting leggings that cover the backs of your knees. a fitted top that covers your midsection. we recommend cotton for better friction. no zippers, buttons, or jewelry that could catch on the silks. grip socks or bare feet — no shoes on the aerial floor.
what to bring
a water bottle and an open mind. we provide everything else — silks, mats, and all the guidance you need.
when to arrive
plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete your waiver, meet your instructor, and settle into the space. your session begins on time.
