student waiver

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

i understand that participation in aerial arts activities, including aerial silks and hammock,

involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, physical injury, equipment-related risks,

and environmental factors.

i voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

i hereby release and hold harmless sol aerial arts, veronica badell aka bella badell, rancho trapeze resort, and

any associated parties from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation,

including those caused by negligence.

i confirm that i am physically able to participate and will inform the instructor of any discomfort,

injury, or limitation.

SAFETY and PARTICIPATION

AGREEMENT

i agree to follow all safety rules:

no unsupervised use of equipment

no advanced drops or dynamic movements unless instructed

follow instructor guidance at all times

use crash mats at all times

wear appropriate clothing (no jewelry, zippers, or sharp objects)

hair must be tied back

i understand failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the session.

SAFETY PRE-TRAINING SAFETY PROTOCOL

(acknowledgment)

i understand that before each session, the instructor performs:

equipment inspection (rig, fabrics, hardware)

crash mat placement and safety check

environment and weather assessment

controlled group supervision (maximum 3–5 students)

i acknowledge that these procedures reduce risk but do not eliminate it.

OUTDOOR and

WEATHER POLICY

i understand that activities may take place outdoors and may be affected by weather, environmental conditions, terrain, wind, heat, and other natural factors.

PARENT | LEGAL GUARDIAN

CONSENT FOR MINORS

if the participant is under 18 years of age, i certify that i am the parent or legal guardian of the participant.

i have read and understand this waiver and release of liability.

i consent to the minor's participation in activities offered by sol aerial arts, including aerial silks, aerial hammock, conditioning, flexibility training, dance, and related activities.

i agree to all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor participant and voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.

i understand that this waiver remains valid for all future classes, sessions, events, workshops, and activities conducted by sol aerial arts unless revoked in writing.

emergency consent

i authorize sol aerial arts to seek medical assistance on my behalf if necessary.

Acknowledgment

by completing the sol aerial arts waiver form during registration, i acknowledge that i have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained in this waiver.

if the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver form and provide consent on behalf of the minor.
